About the Location
Built in 1910, this single-residence home is at the center of the community in Long Branch, New Jersey. Our aim with this project was to preserve the original structure as much as possible, while modernizing 91 Laurel St to maintain comfort, safety, and aesthetic.
❋ The HistoryThe house is over 100 years old, built in 1910.
❋ Social AspectInstead of hiring a commercial company, the house was mainly constructed by small business craftsmanship.
❋ The EnvironmentWe refurbished a lot of the house’s original wood flooring.
Some flooring was beyond repair, and we replaced it with bamboo flooring, which is currently the most eco-friendly option available.
